Bar planning notes
- Stability: an independent PID per group lets light and dark roasts run at their own temperatures at the same time
- Peak rhythm: four-step dosing with two hot water outlets removes two waiting points from the line
- Counter presence: the flagship body can be finished in a custom colour, so the machine becomes part of the interior
- Service: automatic backflush gives daily maintenance a fixed procedure

Installation notes
Requires a 230V or 380V supply. Pair with water treatment and a 3/8" supply, and allow 65 cm or more of counter depth. Grinder and surrounding layout are planned together with your bean list and cup volume.
