i. Exhibitor's Report
The Expo including 288 exhibitors and 1,368 booths in 2025. Among them, there are overseas exhibitors from China, Brazil, Panama, Japan, Canada, Ethiopia, Indonesia, Arabia, United States, Hong Kong, South Korea and etc. which are major places for Coffee production.

ii. Visitor's Report
The trade hall draw close to many crucial buyers, most are Traders, Equipment, and Food Manufacturers. The overseas buyers come from more than 70 countries, with the largest groups coming from Hong Kong, Malaysia, United States, Japan, China, etc.
PART3. Remarkable Event
i. World Coffee Events
A series of World Coffee Events was held on Nov 14th -17 th. Events including Taiwan Barista Championship, Taiwan Latte Art Championship, Taiwan Coffee in Good Spirits and Taiwan Coffee Roasting Championship.
ii. Barista Workshop
During the four-day exhibition, we invited a champion from the WCC–Taiwan Trial to share her expertise, featuring Lu Jiayu, the champion of the Coffee Roasting Competition. Additionally, founders and artisans from various coffee shops were invited to share comprehensive knowledge, offering in-depth insights on a wide range of topics, including coffee tools, flavor exploration, and more.
iii. Coffee Champions' Market
After a highly successful debut last year, the exhibition once again brought together past Taiwan champions. The market showcased and sold coffee beans, drip bags, filters, and other coffee-related products, offering top-notch coffee flavors. The seven champions participating in the market included:
◆ Brewing Champions: Wang Shih-Ju and Chen Chi-Hsuan
◆ Barista Champion: Chien Chia-Cheng
◆ Cup Tasters Champion: Tseng Kai-Wei
◆ Coffee Roasting Champions: Tsai Kun-Pei, Lo Shih-Hsien, and Huang Chieh-Wu
The vibrant market attracted large crowds of visitors who came for exchanges and purchases, achieving excellent exhibition results and high praise from attendees.
iv. Coffee Cup Rental
In line with eco-friendly efforts, the expo partnered again with renowned brand "Aurli" to offer daily cup rental services. During the four-day event, over 1,200 attendees participated in the rental program, encouraging coffee enthusiasts to join in on environmental sustainability.
v. Opening Ceremony
The Opening ceremony held on the date November 14th. Guests included Taiwan Tea Manufacturers' Association chairman, Taiwan Coffee Association vice president, Agriculture and Food Agency, Ministry of Agriculture director, Ministry of Foreign Affairs vice minister and representatives from industries and associations together participating the grand opening ceremony.
