The SM-300 automatic rotary type metering filling machine is suitable for high production bottled powder products with plug insertion and cap sealing function. Depend on the different filling
weights, the filling speed of production capacity can be reached 60-80 bottles per minute. It can be operated together with can/bottled conveyor, providing continuous filling operation. The filling
system features automatic bottle guide, bottle positioning elevation and vibration filling. No filling in case of lack of bottle. The machine will stop automatically when bottles are jammed.
According to different kinds of products and filling weights, memory modules can be input several sets for convenient management. The control system employs a touch-sensing screen for
operational convenience. Also, this machine is available to be connected with initial material system.
