Characteristic

The STS-01-LQ automatic bag forming filling metering packaging machine is suitable for packaging all types of liquid and paste into bags. The range of filling and metering is
1-50 cc., and the range of packaging product sizes is W:50-120mm, L:40-150mm. Depend on different filling weight, the capacity of packaging speed can be reached 45-60
bags/min.
This machine is designed with a gusset type sealing mechanism, ensuring smooth appearance of product without pin-hole problem, and there has no material exists at
sealing position that assures superior tightness of sealing. According to different kinds of products and filling weights, memory modules can be input several sets for convenient
management. The filling system employs a mono-screw pump, and the heat-resistant temperature is 130˚C. Also, this machine is easy to dismantle the external connector for
washing without needing any tools.
