Terroir:<br/>The vineyard located on the banks of the Dort River has alluvial gravel and upper clay soil, which is conducive to the planting of a high proportion of Merlot. The harvested grapes were soaked for 72 hours at a low temperature of 15°C, alcoholic fermentation was carried out at a high temperature of 29°C, and then placed in a 21°C environment for lactic acid fermentation.<br/><br/>Tasting Note:<br/>Rich and deep aroma of black currants, cherries, dried plums, as well as spices, vanilla and bacon. The mouth shows good concentration and maturity. It is a very good year to drink. The tannins are soft, ripe and delicate, and can be opened immediately. The bottle enjoys its age.
