Characteristic
Terroir:
This area is carefully selected from the following two plots of vineyards, facing south and southwest, with an altitude of 100 to 200 meters: in the north, the granite soil north of Gervans (Gervan) gives the wine an elegant mineral flavor. The south, south of de Mercurol, is full of clay soil on small pebbles, giving the wines complete structure and fruity aromas.

Winemaking:
The grapes are juiced after the stems are removed. During the 3 weeks of skin soaking, skin stepping, barrel changing and juice pouring will be carried out regularly. Part of the wine will be aged on lees in Laurus' exclusive 275-liter oak barrels for about 17 months.

Tasting Note:
Deep purple color; with aroma of black berries and spices; bright and lively taste, full of berry and floral aromas, and a full and long finish.
