Sourced from barren, gravelly slopes at 850 meters above sea level, the grapes benefit from an extended ripening period that concentrates the absolute purity of the Garnacha Blanca vines. In the glass, the wine presents a bright, pale yellow hue, opening with a striking profile of cool, flinty minerals, followed by evolving layers of ripe white pear, melon, and subtle nuances of toasted brioche. Through French oak aging and lees stirring, the winery imparts a rich, silky, and textured palate with a beautifully rounded mouthfeel.
