The bouquet reveals ripe fruit intertwined with almond and candied fruit notes, resulting in a rare and distinguished Italian brandy of remarkable character.<br/>Aroma Notes: Intense fruit, almond, candied fruit<br/>The pomace of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Petit Verdot from Lafite was distilled using POLI’s artisanal discontinuous copper steam stills, then matured for eight years in Lafite’s own oak barrels. The outcome is a one‑of‑a‑kind Italian brandy with unmistakable French heritage.<br/>Due to the complexity of production, this collaboration with Château Lafite was a singular achievement—an exclusive creation never to be repeated.
