POLI Arzente<br/>Distilled from Trebbiano white wine and aged for ten years in oak barrels, POLI Arzente offers a smooth palate with a lingering finish. Its handcrafted glass bottle, inspired by the distillation apparatus and wrapped with copper wire, reflects elegance and prestige.<br/>Aroma Notes: Italian pastry shop, eggnog, tiramisu cake, chocolate<br/>Introduced in 1987, Arzente is distilled from Trebbiano wine, a variety known for its distinctive aromas, low alcohol content, low tannins, and high acidity—qualities that make it ideal for re‑distillation. Using POLI’s artisanal discontinuous copper steam stills, only the heart of the distillate is preserved, while the heads and tails are discarded.<br/>The spirit then undergoes a meticulous three‑stage maturation:<br/>• First 7 years in Slavonian oak barrels<br/>• 8th and 9th years in 350‑liter Limousin oak barrels<br/>• Final year in 225‑liter Allier oak barrels<br/>After more than a decade of refinement, each bottle of Arzente is labeled with its distillation year, bottled as a single vintage without blending across years—making every release a unique expression of time and craft.
