n 1993, POLI collaborated with the IDR family, the producers of top-tier Italian wines like Sassicaia, granting them exclusive rights to use the grape pomace from their Sassicaia production to create a premium Grappa. This light-bodied wine boasts aromas of roasted hazelnuts, peanuts, and dark chocolate, with a smooth, full-bodied, and sweet palate, making it a truly unique and rare Grappa.<br/><br/>Grappa di Sassicaia is distilled using pomace from Sassicaia Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grapes from the San Guido winery. It is aged for four years in French oak barrels, with the final year spent aging in the same oak barrels used to produce Sassicaia.<br/><br/>Aroma Notes: Roasted hazelnuts, peanuts, dark chocolate
