The raw alcohol distilled from our own potatoes forms the basis of Windspiel London Dry Gin. Paired with classic juniper berries, lavender, and coriander, it creates a classic gin aroma with a delicate smoothness. Ginger root, cinnamon bark, and lemon peel, along with other botanicals according to a secret recipe of the master distiller, give the London Dry Gin its distinctive character.<br/><br/>All the botanicals in our London Dry Gin have been carefully balanced and combined with regional ingredients. Exotic botanicals like coriander, cinnamon, and ginger contribute to the unique aroma—creating a moment of pure enjoyment that blends the comforts of home with a longing for distant lands. It&#39;s the best of both worlds.<br/><br/>Our London Dry Gin is produced exclusively using meticulous, traditional methods.
