POLI Amorosa di Settembre – Young Grappa<br/>A fresh, unaged Grappa distilled from Vespaiolo white grapes, offering full, vibrant aromas and a light, smooth palate—often described as “perfume-grade” Grappa.<br/>The handcrafted glass bottle, inspired by the distillation process and adorned with copper wire, highlights its refined elegance.<br/>Vespaiolo, native to the Breganze region, derives its name from “Vespa” (wasp), as its floral fragrance often attracts bees during harvest.<br/>Introduced in 1983, Amorosa di Settembre is one of the few Poli grappas made from white grape pomace. Unlike red grape pomace, which arrives already fermented, Vespaiolo pomace requires in-house fermentation before distillation. Poli’s artisanal, discontinuous distillation method, followed by at least 12 months of resting in stainless steel tanks, results in a delicate, elegant spirit highly appreciated by younger consumers and women.<br/>• Aroma Notes: Fresh almond, green apple, pear
