Characteristic

 

In-mold Label is widely used in European countries and in the U.S.
It is mostly used on PP, PE or PET bottles; however, the largest user of IML technologies in Taiwan is injection moulding companies. Moreover, this product is usually applied on HDPE bottles.
Our job is to pre-print and die-cut the IML, so that it could then be inserted into an injection mould at the end of the moulding process of the bottles without further extra costs and time spent on labeling.
Usage of IML is efficient, environmental friendly, economical and can prevent counterfeit on your products. Furthermore, it is water-proof, not easy to wear off and cold foil stamping is available.

(A) Application: cleaning product, chemical product, motor oil, wall paint, beverage packaging, plastic cups, etc.
