Founded in Ibaraki Prefecture, SAZA COFFEE has been crafting exceptional coffee for over half a century. Its heart and soul, President Taro Suzuki—known as the “Geisha Hunter”—personally travels to coffee origins around the world, sourcing beans that leave a lasting impression.

Defying the stereotype that chain coffee shops lack craftsmanship, SAZA COFFEE operates over 12 stores across Japan and owns its own coffee farm in Colombia, ensuring quality from the very source. Every cup served tells a story of origin, dedication, and artisanal pride.

Their most iconic creation, the “Shogun Coffee,” is inspired by the preferences of the Tokugawa shogunate family during Japan’s Edo period—deeply roasted Indonesian beans in the French style, delivering a bold, dignified, and commanding flavor that feels like holding history in your hands.
