CICA Coffee Academy (CCA), the coffee education center established by CICA Group, will offer course consultations at Booth M820 during Taiwan International Coffee Show 2026. CCA specializes in SCA and IIAC international coffee certification courses and also offers courses for coffee enthusiasts. Ask us about our December 2026 and spring 2027 classes at the show.

Our instructors: Bai Fang is the first woman in Greater China to serve as an examiner in both the CQI Q and SCA systems. Zhou Shunwen is Executive Deputy Director of Judging for international competitions, with extensive industry management and teaching experience. Chen Jiajun is an international competition judge with years of origin evaluation experience, an SCA Sensory AST and an SCA Q Grader examiner. Yang Hanyu is a Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) Brewing examiner and Authorized SCA Trainer (AST). Wu Yuling is an SCA Barista Skills and Brewing examiner and Authorized SCA Trainer (AST).

Our courses suit anyone seeking an international coffee certification, changing careers to become a barista, or preparing to start a specialty coffee business.
