A carefully curated set of three distinctive aged Japanese beverages, each offering the characteristic sweetness of vintage sake and aromas reminiscent of ripe tropical fruits.<br/>Beyond pairing beautifully with food, this set also invites creative enjoyment with crushed ice or even ice cream, revealing new dimensions of flavor and indulgence.<br/>**THE SELECTION**<br/>- UMENISHIKI 2006 – Vintage Junmai Sake (Shikoku-Chuo, Ehime)<br/>- TATSURIKI 2010 – Vintage Junmai Sake (Himeji, Hyogo)<br/>- BUNZO 2009 – Vintage Umeshu (Taragi, Kumamoto)<br/><br/>**UMENISHIKI 2006**<br/>A vivid, sweet aroma of ripe bananas unfolds into elegant layers of honey and nutty notes developed through aging. <br/>Its beautifully balanced sweetness and acidity linger gracefully on the palate, complemented by the delightful fragrance of dried fruits.<br/>An exceptional vintage sake with remarkable elegance and depth.<br/><br/>**TATSURIKI 2010**<br/>A rare vintage sake crafted exclusively from *Shinriki*, a legendary rice variety brought back to cultivation. <br/>Specially brewed for long-term aging, the koji ratio was increased to three times the usual level.<br/>As intended, the sake matured into a rich, full-bodied expression, revealing a remarkable sweetness reminiscent of perfectly ripe figs.<br/><br/>**BUNZO 2009**<br/>The refreshing fragrance of fully ripened ume plums and a gentle, almond-like sweetness melt harmoniously on the palate, creating an exceptionally pleasant experience.<br/>Rather than being simply fruity, it offers refreshing freshness supported by remarkable depth. <br/>With a gentle alcoholic presence and a long, lingering finish, this is a richly flavored, mellow, and full-bodied umeshu.
