A luxurious gift set featuring three distinctive vintage umeshu, each with its own character and personality.<br/>Each is crafted using a different base spirit — rice shochu, sake, or awamori — offering a fascinating tasting journey through different regions, breweries, and varieties of ume plums.<br/>Rich and full-bodied, these umeshu showcase the depth of flavor developed through aging and the distinctive character of ume. <br/>Their pronounced alcoholic strength makes them especially satisfying not only as gifts for women, but also for umeshu enthusiasts and those seeking rare and unusual spirits.<br/><br/>**UMETSU 2006**<br/>Known for its Nijisseiki pears, Tottori is also home to the rare &quot;Nokyo-Ume&quot; plum.<br/>This vintage umeshu is made by steeping fully ripened Nokyo-ume plums for over 10 years, resulting in a rich, sweet-and-sour profile with a rounded smoothness and profound depth developed through aging.<br/><br/>**YUKYU-NO UMESHIZUKU 2008**<br/>Crafted using a 12-year-aged vintage sake as its base, this umeshu is made exclusively with Nanko-ume plums from Minabe, Wakayama.<br/>The fragrance of ume blossoms spreads beautifully across the senses, while the sake-based craftsmanship creates a gentle, mellow balance of sweetness and acidity.<br/><br/>**NAKANO 2009**<br/>An exceptional umeshu made entirely with locally grown Nanko-ume plums from Wakayama, infused in vintage awamori.<br/>Its distinctive wild, earthy aromas are intriguing and unconventional, complemented by a pleasant acidity. The unique character of awamori blends harmoniously with the Nanko-ume plums, creating a remarkable balance of aroma and sweetness.
