Gold Medalist at the 2024 San Francisco World Spirits Competition<br/>3-Star Superior Taste Award from the International Taste Institute (iTQi) in Belgium (2021)<br/>After a decade of development, this Baijiu was crafted to possess a unique aromatic profile. Produced using a traditional solid-state grain fermentation and distillation process, it stands apart from standard spirits—which typically ferment for around 20 days—by undergoing an extended fermentation period of approximately one and a half years (more than twenty times longer than the norm). The mash is turned repeatedly during this time, resulting in a spirit rich in amino acids. This "slow-maturing" process yields a body that is smooth, mellow, and full-bodied, with a long-lasting finish and a complex, layered flavor profile that reveals distinct nuances wevith ery sip.
