Characteristic

Using pomace from the production of the renowned Italian sparkling wine Procesco as its raw material, this brandy is aged for over four years in both French oak barrels and Spanish sherry casks, resulting in exceptional complexity and balance, with rich aromas and a rounded palate.
Aroma Notes: Milk chocolate, raisins, roasted nuts
Poli Due Barili is a premium Italian brandy from Poli Distillery, its name meaning "double barrel." This spirit derives its name from its unique double-barrel aging process, symbolizing the perfect fusion of traditional craftsmanship and modern innovation. Based on carefully selected Italian grapes, this double-barrel aging process imparts rich layers and unique flavors.

The double-barrel aging process involves two stages: First, aging in French oak barrels, which impart delicate vanilla and caramel notes. Second, further aging in Spanish sherry casks, adding dried fruit, nuts, and subtle sherry flavors.
This double-aging process gives Due Barili its extraordinary complexity and balance, resulting in a rich aroma and a smooth, rounded palate. Every sip is imbued with the marks of time and craftsmanship.
Poli Due Barili is not only a top-quality brandy, but also an embodiment of culture and history. It is perfect for sharing with family and friends on special occasions, and also a valuable collectible, a testament to Poli's relentless pursuit of excellence and innovative spirit.
