The raw ham is hand-made using "Ilan Gemalan Pig + Australian Deborah Sun-dried Lake Salt", which is dried in the sun and air-dried at low temperature, so that the fat is turned into perfect collagen. It is made of a small amount of organic lake salted meat, The magnesium in the lake salt makes the meat soft, crispy and sweet. No chemicals or preservatives are added.<br/>Our raw ham is crystal clear in appearance, delicate in taste and elegant in taste.
