Characteristic
1.Made through the fermentation of koji rice, sea salt and water, Shio Koji has a sweet aftertaste. It can be used to replace seasonings, such as MSG and soy sauce. A spoon of Shio Koji can enhance the sweetness of food.
2.Shio Koji is made from strictly selected Japanese strains and Taiken 9 rice and RO water. The marine mineral essence is also added to enhance the taste of cuisine. Rice is cooked at 121℃ with full sterilization throughout the process to remain mellow and chewy, providing a good environment for fermentation.
3.Free of artificial sweetener, preservatives and artificial colors.
