Get 2-night Free Hotel Accommodations for Overseas Buyer Delegations

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Delegation of 5+ overseas buyers to VietnamWood 2019

2. All buyers need to come from different companies (located outside Vietnam) and in the woodworking related industry

Applying for the Free Hotel Program, please follow the steps below:

        Step1: Fill out the registration form for each buyer (Application form inquiry: Ruru@chanchao.com.tw)

        Step2: Send the following information to the organizer(Ruru@chanchao.com.tw)

• Registration form of all buyers
• Passport copy of all buyers
• Scanned business card of all buyers
• Scanned air ticket (booking receipt) of all buyers

Step3: Receive and print out the Hotel Confirmation Letter from organizer.

Step4: Bring your hotel confirmation letter with your business card and passport to check in.
 

NOTE:

1. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify and cancel the free hotel booking, if said delegation doesn't meet the eligibility criteria of the program or the submitted buyers' information are not authentic.

2. Twin-Room with 2 beds will be provided for the overseas buyer accommodation.

3. The application will be reviewed in accordance with the order of registration due to the limited spot provided for this program.

4. This subsidy plan is only covering 2-night stays of hotel accommodation; any extra order will be charged by the hotel (e.g. extended stay; room service; mini bar etc.)

5. The Company reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms.
