為吸引海外各地買主來台觀展、採購，已向政府成功申請國外買主住宿補助。如果您或您的客戶即將來台觀展，並符合下列補助資格，歡迎踴躍提出申請。

A、對象 Target

參觀智慧顯示與觸控展及智慧製造與監控辨識展的國外企業買主（不包括媒體）。
Overseas Buyers（Exclude media） .

B、申請方式 Application Scheme

1. 免費名額：50名。
2. 開放時間：即日起至2017年8月20日止，額滿提前截止，不另通知。
3. 買主資料僅供大會審查用，不對外公開。
4. Application Numbers：Up to 50 overseas buyers. Please apply ASAP as space is limited.
5. Application Deadline：Submit application before 2017/8/20.
6. Application will not be disclosed to other entities or individuals.

C、申請程序 Application Process

1. 一律網上申請，填妥申請表，並上傳一張公司名片（正反面）。
2. 對於符合補助資格的買主，將在2017年8月31日前統一發出確認函給成功申請之買主。
3. 成功申請之買主必須於確認函發出日期一星期內回覆確認，逾期大會將此權利保留給其他申請者。
4. Please submit application and one business card before 2017/8/20. Online registration only.
5. "Confirmation Notice” will email to the eligible buyers before 2017/8/20.
6. The eligible buyers must reply for qualification verification within one week.

D、補助對象的資格、審核及使用條款 Qualifications

1. 來台觀展買主必須為外國籍且持有外國籍護照（恕不接受居留證件），所屬企業之營業項目須與本次大會主辦之展覽的產業相關，該企業亦不能為台灣廠商之海外分公司或子公司。
2. 同一家外商公司，僅能申請1 位買主補助。
3. 住宿日期須於2017年9月19日（含）至22日（含）之間（連續3晚），入住大會指定飯店。
4. 買主所屬企業年營業額，如來自已開發國家（※註)須達30 萬美元以上；或新興市場（非已開發國家）之國外買主所屬企業年營業額需達10 萬美元以上。 ※註: OECD(經濟合作發展組織) 2012 年34 個會員國，除捷克、匈牙利、以色列、墨西哥、波蘭、斯洛伐克、斯洛維尼亞、智利及土耳其等9 國外，其餘25 個會員國：澳洲、奧地利、比利時、加拿大、丹麥、愛沙尼亞、芬蘭、法國、德國、希臘、冰島、愛爾蘭、義大利、日本、韓國、盧森堡、葡萄牙、西班牙、瑞典、瑞士、荷蘭、紐西蘭、挪威、英國、美國為已開發國家。
5. 買主回覆確認含時需同時提供信用卡資料作為指定飯店的訂房擔保。如買主因故無法前來：請依飯店規定提前取消訂房，若未及時告知飯店行程更改，飯店將收取一晚的住宿費用。
6. 大會將查核買主資料正確性並保留最終審核權。
7. 大會有權於任何時間及在不出任何預先通知下更改或終止是次免費酒店住宿計劃。或就任何原因或有關本計劃條款及細則所產生的分歧或爭議作最終決定。

1. Eligible buyers must hold non-Taiwanese passport and the company must relate to the industry. The company cannot be Taiwanese-based global branches or subsidiary.
2. Only 1 application per company holding non-Taiwan passport is allowed to apply.(single room).
3. The eligible buyers must live to 3 consecutive nights 2017/9/19~22 of single-room accommodation at Touch Taiwan-appointed hotels.
4. Capital of eligible company from developed country must exceed USD 300,000/year.
   Capital of eligible company from emerging country must exceed USD 100,000/year.
   Note: A developed country is defined as one of the following 25 OECD member states: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, UK and USA. All other countries are considered emerging markets.
5. Credit card guarantee of payment must be received when reply Confirmation  Notice. Cancellation without advanced notice, one night's charge will be applied.
6. Touch Taiwan reserves the rights to verify and confirm eligible buyers' validity.
7. Touch Taiwan reserves the rights to vary the terms and conditions, change or terminate the accommodation scheme without any prior notice.
