1. DK-SD-600 Series / Smart Needle & Ferrous Metal Detector
Digitally operated, BESTA brand smart needle & ferrous metal detector (DK-SD-600 Series) was designed based on technical improvements accumulated since 1991.
With our deep know-how and technology, we are able to use SMART technology by accordance with recent trends to make it more accurate, stable and easy to use.
This new Needle & Ferrous Metal Detector is possible detect up to Fe 0.7 mm.

- By adopting the new sensor, the development of the new detection coil and the arrangement of the magnet are optimized, and the detection ability is greatly improved compared to existing model.

- Equipped with a large LCD, visibility and operability are improved.
You can use various functions such as sensitivity setting, language setting, working history information, counter setting, etc..

- The LCD has a detection position lamp to indicate the location of the impurities. so you can find easier.

2. DK-TD-600 / Turning Device
The DK-TD-600 (Turning Device) is used between two needle detectors.
The workpiece passed through the first needle detector is automatically reversed 180 from the DK-TD-600,
then inserted into the next needle detector in the direction of 90 , and then inspected again,
so more accurate detection is possible on.
If the needle detector detects a broken needle or ferrous metal, the turning device will stop with the needle detector.
