With over a century of family heritage, Domaine des 5 Autels is a 13-hectare organic cider estate in Normandy, cultivating 15 traditional apple varieties. Today, fourth-generation owner Thibault continues the family's commitment to natural farming, established in 1967. EU Organic Certified. Made from freshly pressed apples, naturally fermented with fine bubbles, and without added sulphites or artificial carbonation. Ingredients: 100% bitter and bittersweet apples. Aromatic notes of beeswax, dried fruits, pine and herbs, with mineral and subtle smoky nuances. Fresh and crisp, pairing beautifully with spicy dishes and German pork knuckle. Alcohol: 6% ABV
