Once cherished by French kings Louis XI and Louis XIV, Coulée de Serrant is regarded as one of France's finest white wines. This legendary Loire Valley estate holds its own exclusive AOC appellation. Led by biodynamic pioneer Nicolas Joly, often called the godfather of biodynamic viticulture, and now joined by his daughter Virginie, the 900-year-old estate continues its remarkable legacy.<br/><br/>Grape Variety: 100% Chenin Blanc, from vines up to 80 years old. Harvested in five successive passes, including some botrytised grapes.<br/><br/>Deep golden in colour, with expressive aromas of beeswax, flowers, pineapple and candied fruits. Rich and silky on the palate, balanced by delicate acidity and remarkable complexity.
