Located in Roquetaillade, in the heart of the Limoux appellation in southern France, Domaine des Hautes Terres is home to some of the highest vineyards in the region, at 450–600 metres above sea level. The cool climate and late ripening season create ideal conditions for producing distinctive red, white and sparkling wines. Limoux is also celebrated as France's historic birthplace of sparkling wine, predating Champagne.<br/><br/>Grape Varieties: Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon<br/><br/>Bright red fruit aromas with smooth, ripe tannins make this an easy-drinking and approachable wine. Perfect with pork charcuterie, grilled pork belly, or mildly spicy dishes.
