Characteristic

Old vines dig down deep to produce an extra dimension of aromas and flavours. The nose is enchanted by notes of ripe yellow plums and stone fruit, further refined by gentle fragrant nuances of clove and fennel. On the palate the fruit of peach and delicate orange is embedded in a viscous texture. As the taste goes on, assertive spicy notions and a stony mineral expression add contours to the finish. A wine which one can almost chew.<br/>Food pairing creamy pasta dishes or asian cuisine
