COLOUR：Deep red with crimson AROMA：A delightful blend of cedar, warm spices and delicious forest fruits. PALATE：Bramble, mulberry, and plum flavours, complemented by fine tannins and subtle toasty oak. WINEMAKING Shiraz grapes from the Barossa Valley were fermented in controlled temperatures for 7-10 days for beter colour and taste. Ater a second fermentation, the wine aged on French oak for a year. VINTAGE SUMMARY Autumn rain and a cool summer in the Barossa region made for healthy vines with plenty of good-sized grapes, ideal for making high-quality wine.
