Characteristic

 

COLOUR：Pale straw<br/>AROMA：Subtle toasty oak, varietal tropical tones with white peach and citrus<br/>PALATE：Crisp bright acidity, juicy peach and nectarine with a well-balanced finish<br/><br/>WINEMAKING<br/>The fruit was harvested in the cool of the night to preserve freshness and quality. Individual batches were cool fermented in stainless steel, followed by lees stirring to give length and roundness to the palate. The wine was blended, stabilised and filtered prior to botling.<br/><br/>VINTAGE SUMMARY<br/>The 2024 vintage benefited from excellent grape ripening conditions. The combination of warm days, cool nights, and minimal rainfall during the summer led to optimally ripe fruit. This produced wines with distinctive varietal flavours, including bright, spicy reds and fresh, aromatic whites.<br/><br/>ENJOY WITH<br/>Steamed Fish with Ginger and Spring Onions, or Sweet and Sour Pork.
