Characteristic

Whole grape clusters were fermented in stainless steel tanks before being gently pressed. The wine was then aged in used oak barrels and bottled without fining or filtration.<br/><br/>Brilliant ruby red in color, it offers aromas of juicy red fruits. Fine tannins and bright acidity complement each other beautifully, making it irresistibly drinkable. This is a lively and approachable Pinot Noir blend with the charm of a young Beaujolais. Perfect for casual sipping or paired with sausages. An excellent natural wine for beginners.
