Over the past 5 years, the GDP growth increased by 15% per year in extended industry, 18.50% in manufacturing and services, 6.90% in machinery sector on average. There is also an increase of 22.16%/year in foreign capital investment area, 8.68%/year in national economic area averagely.

Woodworking and Furniture Fittings -

Vietnam is currently on its way to become the leading furniture manufacturing country in Asia. However due to the lack of modern manufacturing technologies and skills, Vietnamwood serves as a vital platform to address the needs and anticipate the demand of the local furniture industries.

With total of 10,947 visitors and buyers registered for the fair. The exhibition’s floor space covered around 15,500 sq. meters, with nearly 610 booths of 280 well-known exhibitors from 25 countries. These included companies from: Austria, Belgium, Canada China, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Poland, Serbia, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, U.S.A., Israel, and Vietnam.
