Characteristic
This syphon ceramic filter bar uses a syphon to filter and extract coffee powder. The powder and oil don’t get stuck on this bar. Nothing remains on this bar. There won’t be any filter cloth smell and any consumable issue.
Brewing:
(1)It takes about 25 seconds with #1~#3 fine grind on this filter bar and 10 seconds with #1 fine grind. You may or may stir. The powder can be add in advance or after the water going up to the upper bowl.
(2)Do not turn off the fire right after stirring and wait for 3 to 5 seconds. You can use the stir stick to stop the water flow and turn off the fire after the swirl getting slow.
(3)Do not turn the fire too strong and keep it mild after the water going up.
(4)If some fine powder is on the bottom, leave the last 5 cc. Your brewing won’t be bothersome.
