【Fengjen Fuji Coffee Roasting Competition】

The "Fengjen Trading Co., Ltd.," renowned as the distributor of Fuji Royal coffee roasters in Japan, hosted the "2nd Fengjen Fuji Coffee Roasting Competition " in September this year.

This event brought together roasters, baristas, and coffee enthusiasts from Taiwan, Mainland China, and the Daterra Estate in Brazil, all coming together to witness the pinnacle of coffee roasting artistry. This year's coffee roasting competition was even more exciting, with participants coming from all over Taiwan to showcase their skills. Not only did they demonstrate remarkable roasting techniques, but they also dared to innovate in the realm of coffee, providing judges and audiences alike with a dual experience of visual and gustatory delight.

The team of judges was composed of authoritative figures in the coffee industry, including coffee roasting masters, cupping experts, and award-winning veterans. They evaluated aspects such as coffee flavor, innovation, and technique to select the most outstanding roasters of this competition.

The champion of this competition will have the opportunity to compete against Japanese and Chinese roasters in the future, contributing to the continuous evolution and innovation of global coffee culture.

【Fengjen X Stream Cup Brewers Competition】

The 5th Fengjen X Stream Cup Brewers Competition provides coffee enthusiasts from all over the country with the opportunity to showcase their skills and expertise in pour-over brewing. It aims to promote the simplicity of brewing coffee using the pour-over method to the general public, making pour-over coffee a part of everyday life.

In May of this year, the first " Fengjen X Stream Cup Brewers Competition in Shanghai" was held at the Shanghai International Coffee Expo. This event allowed participants from both sides of the Taiwan Strait to come together, forging friendships through the shared love of coffee and engaging in thrilling pour-over duels.

Participants not only demonstrated exquisite skills during the pour-over process but also infused their creativity and personal stories into the art of pour-over coffee. From carefully selected coffee beans to smooth pour-over techniques, every detail showcased the beauty of pour-over coffee.

In this year's Taiwan International Coffee Show, we are once again brimming with enthusiasm as we host the 108-Person Brewers Competition. This event allows coffee enthusiasts to come together, exchange ideas, and compete for the grand prize: one Fuji Royal R-440 Flat  Burr Mill.
