In Taiwan’s highly competitive specialty coffee market, Indonesian coffee is still often associated with commercial-grade Mandheling — heavy herbal notes and inconsistent quality. Yet Indonesia is one of the world’s leading coffee-producing countries, with diverse micro-regions, skilled producers, advanced processing techniques, and a growing specialty coffee industry. Strong domestic demand also means that many of its finest coffees rarely reach overseas markets, leaving their true potential largely undiscovered in Taiwan. This is the opportunity we chose to pursue. We are committed to challenging outdated perceptions and introducing Taiwan to a new generation of Indonesian specialty coffee — defined by distinctive terroirs, innovative processing, and exceptional quality. **We believe Indonesia is more than Mandheling.** It is an origin full of diversity, potential, and discovery — and we believe it will become one of the next exciting origins for specialty coffee.
