Characteristic

 

Using bonito that migrate with the Kuroshio Current to the waters off Hualien every summer as the main ingredient,<br/>and combining that with locally grown Kaffir lime leaves (Thai lemon leaves), juniper berries, and other spices<br/>all infused and distilled with rice-based liquor. <br/>When first inhaling the scents, the fresh aroma of the Kaffir lime leaves will be the first to greet your nose. As the top note, the taste is characterized by a lemon citrus scent.<br/>In the middle, there is a woody tone of shell ginger, and in the base, there is the smokiness of smoked bonito. <br/>Ｗhen making Gin Tonic or used to prepare an Ocean Martini with olive brine, the combination of the refreshing aroma, oceanic freshness, and salty sensation will feel like a pleasant breeze flowing from the Pacific Ocean.
