Building upon eighty years of soy sauce brewing expertise, Wan Ja Shan integrates the traditional techniques from the whiskey's most ancient origin, Ireland, in tirelessly distilling the spirit three times under the tropical climate at Taiwan’s southernmost Pingtung County, thus creating the light-bodied whiskeys with unique characters.<br/>Cask Types: Islay Quarter Cask / Peated Whiskey Cask<br/>A robust whiskey with aromas of wood shavings and smoke. The palate is rich and full-bodied, enveloping the tongue with a savory, prosciutto-like fattiness, followed by a lingering finish reminiscent of smoldering embers.
