Our testing machines have a tensile force range from 50 to 3000 tons and are designed specifically for testing longer workpieces such as steel cables, nylon ropes, and chains. With a robust structure and protective covers to prevent any dangerous fragmentation or flying debris during testing, the machines are composed of multiple steel body structures, facilitating easy assembly, relocation, and extension of the test length.
All of Wirop's tensile testing machines are computer-controlled and come with printers and user-friendly operating software. The software conducts tests based on the instructions input by the operator. Operators simply need to select the test type, set the load limits, and initiate the test.
