Important Information

  1. To ensure the rights of all exhibitors are respected, each exhibitor is limited to inviting up to 3 individual foreign buyers.
  2. Buyers should make reservations at the designated hotels, and contact the hotels directly using the information provided by the organizer. Hotel bookings must be made by the buyer directly, not through representatives or third parties. Reservations made through other platforms (e.g., Trip.com or Hotels.com) will not be eligible for the hotel subsidy.
  3. Accommodation reimbursement will be based on the actual expenses reported by the hotel. Personal expenses incurred by the buyer will not be covered.
  4. All changes to room type, any costs outside the scope of this program, and any cancellations will be the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that buyers are responsible for arranging their own room bookings, as the organizer does not handle this process.
  5. Accompanying individuals traveling to Taiwan with the buyer are not eligible for the subsidy. Those who share a room with the buyer must provide their passport, overseas buyer badge, business card, and complete a survey.
  6. Buyers must apply using a non-Taiwanese passport. Green cards or other residency permits are not accepted as proof of eligibility.
  7. Buyers are solely responsible for their own visa applications. The organizer will not provide assistance or supporting documentations for this process.
  8. The company name and the buyer’s name on all documents must match exactly as stated in the approval letter.
  9. Subsidies will not be provided if the buyer’s identification is in question or if there is no record of their attendance at the exhibition.
  10. Buyers are required to complete all survey items to qualify for reimbursement. Failure to do so will result in ineligibility for reimbursement.
  11. This subsidy is designed to invite and engage foreign buyers to visit Taiwan, fostering international business opportunities and expanding Taiwan’s industries into global markets.
  12. The organizer reserves the right to make final modifications, changes, interpretations, or cancellations of this incentive program.
