Ribolla Gialla, which has experienced explosive growth in international demand in recent years, is selected from its native land Venezia Giulia at the end of September every year.<br/>It is fermented at low temperature with selected yeasts and left in special clay vats to increase its complexity. The residual sugar content is 2g/L, and the suitable drinking temperature is 6-8C.<br/>Delicate floral notes of woodland botanicals such as Acacia, spring vanilla and pink grapefruit, with delicate, crisp citrus notes.<br/>An excellent choice as an aperitif, it pairs easily with a variety of hors d'oeuvres and traditional soups.
