Harvested manually in batches, some late-picked grapes are selected to increase fruit ripeness and enhance the characteristics of aromatic grapes. After gently pressing the juice and breaking the skin, it is fermented by low-temperature maceration; part of it is aged in old French oak barrels for 3 to 4 months, and part of it is stored in stainless steel barrels. Mix in optimal proportions before bottling. Explosive aromas of white flowers, apricots, lychees, etc., and a fresh and bright taste that can be tasted balanced by the bitterness of minerals. Appropriate and sharp acidity makes this white wine easy to understand, yet durable and not too sweet. In fact, it is a wine that leaves no residual sugar, so the alcohol content is slightly higher. Golden straw color, rich in fragrant white flowers and sweet tropical fruit notes. It goes well with equally fragrant vegetables, or delicately seasoned white meats and grilled fish.
