Characteristic

* Aromatic Contemplation | Initially, the aroma is poised and understated; a gentle swirl of the glass releases the elegant, delicate scent of wild ginger flowers alongside the vibrant tropical notes of passion fruit.
* Layered Tasting | A small sip reveals a rounded sweetness reminiscent of tea-infused candy—bearing no trace of the harshness typical of a 52% ABV spirit. A second sip brings a subtle tingle to the tip of the tongue as the sweet, fruity fusion of cantaloupe and passion fruit bursts across the palate, culminating in an elegant, serene matcha finish.
From wild ginger flowers to tropical fruits, and finally an elegant matcha conclusion—this is more than just a spirit; it is a sensory feast that captures the very essence of the 2026 spring tea harvest.
