Characteristic

Color: The tea has a beautiful, bright deep red color, similar to a ruby. The rich color comes naturally from the anthocyanins in hibiscus calyces and is deep, clear, and even.

Appearance: After processing, the hibiscus calyces are cut into neat, short pieces and flakes, with a size of approximately 8–40 mesh.

Aroma: A fresh and bright fruity and floral aroma with a light herbal note. The aroma is rich, inviting, and refreshing.

Taste: The tea starts with a refreshing fruity tartness, followed by a pleasant fruit flavor and gentle herbal sweetness. The balance of sweet and sour creates a rich and refreshing taste that is especially enjoyable after a meal.
