Wood-fired pottery is a centuries-old technique that lets fire, clay, and wood converse for days within the kiln. Since building its Nantou Xi Kiln in 2011, Fong Pottery has stayed true to this traditional craft, firing each piece at over 1200°C for more than 100 hours.
