Milk & Whey Ingredients by Sachsenmilch (MWI) develop natural, innovative and high-quality products that provide a range of important functional and nutritional benefits for a wide variety of applications. State of the art and gentle membrane technology is used to process fresh skimmed milk and whey from in-house cheese facilities into high-quality whey proteins, micellar casein concentrates, lactose products and natural milk calcium. As one of their basic principles, MWI ensures complete traceability of all raw materials used in production enabling them to meet dietary product requirements and certifications, such as Kosher, Halal and vegetarian. MWI products are “Made in Germany” and meet the international quality standards of the globally recognized FSSC 22000, ISO, GMP and SEDEX food safety & risk management standards.
