Fog Tea – Misty Oolong Tea<br/>~Elegant, refreshing, and delicately floral.<br/><br/>Fog Tea is a premium Taiwanese high mountain oolong tea crafted from carefully selected young tea leaves grown at an elevation of approximately 1,500 meters in the Shanlinxi tea region of Zhushan, Nantou. Surrounded by year-round mountain mist and significant day-to-night temperature differences, the tea develops a refined aroma and remarkable depth of flavor.<br/>Made using a lightly oxidized, unroasted process, Fog Tea preserves the fresh and elegant character of Taiwanese high mountain oolong tea. The liquor is bright golden with a naturally sweet, smooth taste, delicate floral notes, gentle fruity aromas, and the distinctive mountain character of Shanlinxi, followed by a rich, lingering finish.<br/>The tea gardens are certified under Taiwan’s Traceable Agricultural Products (TAP) system. Every batch is crafted by the Sin-Ming Siang-Cha tea factory, which has maintained Five-Star Food Safety Tea Factory status for 13 consecutive years. From tea garden to tea cup, every step is carefully managed to showcase the unique terroir, exceptional quality, and craftsmanship of Taiwanese high mountain oolong tea.
