Notes of cherry liqueur, blackberry, brown sugar, and white wine exude an amber nectar under the moonlight—a reflection of the ancient metaphor found in tribal folk songs, where light and aroma are brewed into wine.<br/><br/>The Ywangan region is located at an altitude of 1,300 meters in the mountains of southern Shan State, eastern Myanmar. Untouched by heavy industry and nurtured by generations of traditional farming, this pristine land provides the natural foundation for our non-toxic, sustainable cultivation.<br/><br/>Since 2014, the Ywangan region has collaborated closely with Win Rock International, leading to a consistent elevation in coffee quality and establishing it as a core origin for Myanmar’s specialty coffee.<br/><br/>In Ywangan, the coffee fields are largely stewarded by local women, whose resilience and meticulous care lead the way. They courageously safeguard the purity of the land, transcending tradition. This is more than just a cup of coffee; it is a manifestation of hope fueled by female strength. The delicate complexity found in every sip is a testament to the purity of the soil, as well as the unparalleled patience and devotion invested by these women throughout the harvesting, selection, and processing stages.
