Kenya's double-fermentation washed process is celebrated for its bright, high-toned acidity. Applied to Nyaung Ne's SL34-28, however, the result is something entirely its own.<br/>Instead of the sharp blackcurrant of East Africa, the terroir redirects the energy toward rounded citrus and honey, with a persistent barley-tea sweetness and a gentle finish of cream and nuts.<br/>A graceful Myanmar interpretation of a Kenyan technique.
