Camera link is a high speed telecommunication technology for a machine vision, which is a digital interface that standardized the simple connection between the industrial camera and the frame grabber.
The standard connection of the camera link can only be transmited from a distances of 10m or less. If the longer connections are need , it is necessary to amplify the signal between the two devices.
Communication using optical cables is not affected by electromagnetic waves. It is the most ideal form for extending the transmission distance.
FOR-30TR is able to send Base / Medium / Full configuration (support 10 Taps) over long distances within the optical cable, including video and control signals (RS232) and trigger signals (CC1~4). it transmits video, RS232 and CC1~4 signals to master PC , and only video to Slave PC.
