Chenlux Technology is a system integrator who is dedicated to automation. Except the original integrated manufacturing business of panel glass automatic loading and unloading equipment, Chenlux Technology has successively represented Grenzebach Unmanned Vehicle (AGV), Schiller Aerial Unmanned Vehicle, handling system (OHT), clean room storage, clean room conveyor belt and Franka Emika collaborative robot from Germany.

German Schiller provides a variety of storage automation systems, especially suitable for use in the clean room of semiconductor/packaging and testing plants, such as Max Stocker (over 1,000 storage spaces), Linear Stocker, Radial Stocker and various storage systems and can be used with storage systems. To achieve to fully automated applications in semiconductor/packaging and testing plants, the clean room level can reach ISO 3 (Class 1), it can depends on different areas in the customer’s plant. Various application fields are used for matching, and are currently used in semiconductor factories in Europe and Southeast Asia.

In addition, Chenlux Technology has also developed the MR (Mobile Robot) series for different semiconductor automated wafer cassette handling methods. The mobile robot pay load up to 20kg, and the application range can be from 8 inches to 12 inches in factories or Cassettes in packaging factories. In some fields, MR is used to replace manpower to complete the last mile of the unmanned plant.

At present, the domestic semiconductor industry is booming, and in order to achieve the goal of Industry 4.0, the demand for automation is getting higher and higher. Chenlux Technology hopes to provide customer a Total Solution to reduce the time for import automation through the integration of agents and self-developed automation equipment.
